We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead delivery on client products, from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, release, and post-launch support. You'll be a technical point of contact on projects, unblock engineers across the stack, and keep what we ship maintainable, secure, and aligned with client goals. This is a leadership role, but you'll still write code.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical direction for features across frontend, backend, data, and deployment layers
- Lead architecture decisions on service boundaries, data models, auth, caching, and integration patterns
- Implement and review complex features spanning dashboards, APIs, admin tools, and public-facing UI
- Mentor full-stack, frontend, and backend engineers through code review and pairing sessions
- Partner with clients on scope, estimates, milestones, and technical trade-offs during discovery
- Define release processes, rollback plans, and quality gates for production deployments
- Investigate cross-stack production issues and drive fixes with clear communication to stakeholders
- Improve shared conventions, starter templates, and internal patterns used across projects
- Contribute to proposals with effort breakdowns, risk notes, and technology recommendations
- Support recruiting through technical interviews and evaluation of full-stack candidates
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack web development with ownership of production systems end to end
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL databases
- Experience designing and operating multi-feature products for external clients or B2B users
- Ability to lead delivery by delegating, reviewing, and unblocking the team without micromanagement
- Solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability across the entire request lifecycle
- Track record of writing clear technical documentation and status updates for mixed audiences
- Comfort with ambiguous requirements and translating business goals into executable technical plans
- Experience with cloud hosting, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident follow-up in production
- English: Advanced (C1) or higher for client workshops, written proposals, and live delivery calls
Nice to have
- React Native or mobile product delivery on shared backends
- Team lead, tech lead, or engagement lead experience in an agency or product studio
- Experience with payments, subscriptions, multi-tenant SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with solution architecture for US/EU clients and remote delivery models
- Contributions to internal boilerplates, CLI tools, or shared engineering playbooks
