We're hiring a Middle Full-Stack Developer who can own features across database schema, API design, UI, and deployment. You'll work on client products where communication across the stack matters as much as code quality. You should enjoy variety, debug confidently across layers, and deliver complete user-facing functionality with minimal hand-holding.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver features across React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL from design handoff to release
- Design REST APIs, database schemas, and validation rules for new product functionality
- Build responsive frontend views, forms, and admin interfaces connected to backend services
- Write tests across the stack: API integration tests and critical UI flows where appropriate
- Configure environment variables, staging setups, and deployment steps for web applications
- Debug issues spanning frontend, backend, database, and third-party integrations
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code review, and release checklists
- Support technical discovery sessions by clarifying scope, risks, and implementation options
- Maintain documentation for features, API endpoints, and local development setup
- Collaborate with designers, QA, and other engineers to ship predictable weekly increments
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack web development on commercial products
- Production experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js in the same codebase or product
- Comfortable with TypeScript across frontend and backend layers
- Ability to design relational schemas, write migrations, and implement CRUD and business logic
- Experience deploying applications to cloud or managed hosting (Vercel, AWS, Railway, etc.)
- Understanding of auth, sessions or JWT, form validation, and secure API consumption
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows
- Capacity to own a feature slice independently while escalating architectural questions early
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for team syncs, specs, and occasional client updates
Nice to have
- React Native or mobile delivery experience on shared API backends
- CI/CD setup with GitHub Actions, automated tests, and preview deployments
- Previous work in product agencies, studios, or consulting environments
- Exposure to Stripe, Resend, file uploads, or other common SaaS integrations
- Experience with Prisma, Drizzle, or similar TypeScript-first ORM tooling
