RealEstate is a dark-themed web platform for finding and managing property space — apartments, houses, commercial units, and storage. We designed and built the product around location-first search on an interactive map, transparent filters, and clear flows for both seekers and hosts who need to publish and maintain inventory.
Goals
- Make nearby property discovery fast with map search and filters
- Give hosts a simple way to create and manage listings
- Support bilingual onboarding with social and email sign-in
Problem
Renters and buyers compared listings across scattered sites, while hosts managed inventory in spreadsheets and messaging apps. There was no single product that combined map-based discovery, structured filters, and host tools — including bulk import — in one coherent experience.
Solution
We delivered a full web application with a map-driven home experience, price and size filters, a guided how-it-works path into registration, and a My Listings workspace for creating storage and property ads. Hosts can upload photos, tag features, set monthly pricing, and import inventory from Excel. Auth covers Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email with dark/light theme support throughout.
