AgroField is a web-based operations platform we built for a Ukrainian agricultural company that needed one place to run day-to-day farm management — from field work and inventory to staff, machinery, and reporting. The interface is fully in Ukrainian and structured around how agronomists and farm managers actually work through the season.

The client relied on spreadsheets and disconnected notes to track fields, sowing and harvest dates, warehouse stock, and machinery usage. Reporting for management took manual effort, data was easy to lose, and there was no shared view of what happened on each field or how resources were consumed.
We delivered a role-based admin application with modules for employees, fields, crops, warehouse, livestock, machinery, field operations, and resource usage. Managers can log sowing and harvest cycles with yields, adjust stock levels, filter operational data, and generate period-based reports across modules — all from a consistent sidebar-driven UI built for daily operational use.
Reporting speed
One-click module reports replaced manual spreadsheet exports, cutting weekly reporting effort by an estimated 40%.
Data accuracy
Centralised field, stock, and machinery records reduced duplicate entries and lost notes across teams.
Operational visibility
Managers gained a single dashboard view of sowing cycles, yields, and resource usage through the season.
